• We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your device's screen accurately reflects the actual colour of the item.
• Product prices are displayed in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

3 Orders & Payment

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.
• Payment is required in full at the time of order. We accept M-Pesa, Visa, and Mastercard via Paystack.
• Order confirmation will be sent to your email once payment is verified.
• If an item is out of stock after you have paid, we will contact you and offer a full refund or exchange.

4 Shipping & Delivery

• Shipping times and rates are as described in our Shipping Policy.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs authorities, or events beyond our control.
• Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon delivery.

5 Returns & Exchanges

Our full returns and exchanges policy is described in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.
