Our Return Policy

We want you to love every piece you receive from Tiara Creation. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.

Items Eligible for Return

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition

All original tags must still be attached

Items must be returned in their original packaging where possible

Items must be free from perfume, makeup, or any other stains

Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

Underwear, lingerie, and swimwear

Items marked as "Final Sale" or purchased during a clearance event

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return or Exchange

Contact Us

Email us or use our contact form within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for the return or exchange.

We Confirm

We will review your request and send you return instructions along with a return reference number within 1 business day.

Ship It Back

Pack the item securely and send it back to us. For exchanges within Kenya, we may arrange a pickup — ask us when you contact us.

Refund or Exchange

Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days, or your exchange item dispatched within 1–2 days.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the returned item.

M-Pesa payments are refunded to your M-Pesa number

Card payments are refunded to the original card

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Received a Faulty Item?

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping at no cost to you. This applies even to sale items.
