Absolutely. Our checkout is secured with SSL encryption and all card payments are processed through PCI-DSS compliant processors. We never store your full card details.

Each product page includes a size guide with measurements. We recommend measuring your bust, waist, and hips, then comparing to the guide. If you're between sizes, we generally suggest sizing up. You can also contact us for personalised sizing advice.

We do our best to represent colours accurately. However, slight variations may occur due to different screen settings and lighting conditions in photography. If you're unsure about a colour, feel free to ask us for more photos.

Popular items are sometimes restocked. To be notified when an item is back in stock, contact us with the product name and your email address and we'll let you know.

We offer custom sizing on select pieces. Please get in touch with your requirements and we'll let you know what's possible and the lead time involved.

Shipping within Kenya starts from KSh 500. Orders above KSh 15,000 qualify for free shipping. Regional and international rates apply for orders outside Kenya.

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information (where available from the courier).

Orders placed on Friday may be delivered on Saturday in Nairobi. Weekend delivery is not available in upcountry areas. Orders placed on Sunday are processed on Monday.

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached. See our full Returns & Exchanges policy.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days back to your original payment method.

We sincerely apologise! Please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the issue and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund including return shipping, at no cost to you.
